Delivery

We want to make sure your piece of jewellery arrives safely and always use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This makes sure your item is insured during transit, tracked all the way to your door and signed for on delivery. Costs currently vary between £6.85 for small items, up to £12 for larger more expensive items and the cost will be shown in your basket.

When you order from us, you should receive a confirmation email of your order straightaway. If you do not receive this within 24 hours please contact us. You will then receive a second email to confirm when your item will be delivered. Our delivery times are usually as follows:

Off the shelf items – 5-10 days
Made to order items from The Collections – 2-6 weeks
Personalised items – 2-6 weeks

If you need your item for a particular date, perhaps it is for a special occasion, please contact us to find out if an earlier date is possible. We are often able to accommodate requests but as everything is made to order we cannot always guarantee this, as we are a small company.

Bespoke Items
Delivery charges for bespoke items will be determined at the design and quotation phase of the project.

International Delivery
Please contact us if you require international delivery and we will provide you with a quote.

Returns

The Collections
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but all items from The Collections can be returned in an unused condition within 14 days. Please return your item carefully packed in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. You should send your return using a trackable, insured method, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we will not be able to give a refund for items lost in the post.

If you like your item but the fit is not quite right, for example the chain is too long or a ring is too big, we will be happy to adjust the piece for you for a small cost. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

Personalised Pieces
Personalised Pieces are individually created for you and the 14 day return period does not apply to these types of items and they are not returnable.

If however, there is a fault with the product please contact us so that we may attempt to rectify the problem for you.

You may only cancel your order for a personalised piece up until we send you the delivery confirmation email, as this is the point at which the production of your item will commence. You will need to contact us as soon as possible with details of your order.

Bespoke Design Service
Individually designed and made items using the Bespoke Design Service are not returnable. If however, there is a fault with your product please contact us so that we may attempt to rectify the problem for you.
