The Collections

All items created are individually produced at the time of ordering. This means there may be slight variations between your purchased piece and those pictured on the website. This will not detract from the design or value of the piece.

As with all handmade items, your piece may have some slight imperfections. These are part of the hand making process and are evidence of its authenticity; they add to the character and uniqueness of the piece.

Personal Pieces

Personalised pieces are individually created for you, to your personal specification in relation to the variable elements of the design, stated on the website. If you require any additional changes to the existing design, these can be quoted separately for you; please contact us to discuss what you require.

Bespoke Design Service

Following initial discussions with you, via phone, Zoom or email, we will document your requirements and provide initial sketches of options. After further discussion, we will agree a final design with you, which may be a combination of the initial design sketches. At this stage an initial deposit of £50 will be required before the final drawing is completed.

This final drawing will be used to manufacture the final piece and to create the final quotation. It is therefore important that you are completely happy with it. We cannot be held responsible for changes not agreed or shown on the final drawing.

Please note quotations are valid for 14 days and we reserve the right to review the price if this has expired. If your quotation includes gold or platinum elements, the price quoted will include the metal price for the day of the quote. Although prices seldom change, we reserve the right to charge the prevailing price on the day the metal is purchased for your piece.

Extra design sketches or subsequent final drawings will be completed without charge, within reason. We reserve the right to charge for extra design work resulting from the client’s decisions, where necessary.

Once the final drawing has been approved a further deposit of 50% of the final quotation will be required so that manufacture can proceed. The balance will be payable at the time of delivery.

Occasionally, during the manufacturing process, small changes will be required to enhance the design. We reserve the right to make these changes on the basis that they improve the piece, either aesthetically or structurally and they will not detract from the overall design or value of the piece.
Initial delivery timescales will be agreed with you at the initial consultation. However, we reserve the right to alter these if they are impacted on by circumstances outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in the approval of designs, multiple changes to the designs, the delivery of specific materials such as gemstones, delays caused by third party suppliers such as gem setters.

All designs, at all stages of the process, are subject to copyright laws and as such you may not use them for any purpose or pass them to anyone else for any purpose. This includes if you decide not to go ahead.

As with all hand made items, your piece may have some slight imperfections. These are part of the hand making process and are evidence of its authenticity; they add to the character and uniqueness of the piece.
